The school education system, the higher education system and its student communities should be very strong for a country to be developed, and Sri Lanka is at an important juncture with respect to its education system. In this context, we are attempting to capture the reasons for brain drain by carrying out a survey of expatriates who have completed the first degree in Sri Lanka, earned at least one postgraduate qualification and working outside Sri Lanka. We would be very much thankful if you could complete this short questionnaire and also send the web link to your colleagues who are possible respondents to this questionnaire. It is single page and has only nine (9) questions, and would not take more than 10 minutes of your time to complete. The information you provide will be used to propose possible measures to reduce brain drain.
We value your contribution very much and thank you for your support. Please feel free to contact me through the email address given below if you need further information.
